If I want to get another blue feather if say Isold mine?

you're not supposed to be able to sell the blue feather. van is supposed to say he can't take it, and you can't offer to sell it to people when you open shop. yes, you can show it, but they aren't supposed to be able to buy it
if, for some unknown reason, you manage to lose it from your inventory, the three sprites will find another for you
by the way. if you don't get married, game over

I have a different Harvest Moon, but I'm assuming that you get the Blue Feather the same way, get the person to like you completely or close to complete an then someone will give it to you. You can't just find it.

nope, you can only get 1 blue feather in each game... believe me, ive tried to get more
