Click the link below & run bit defender online scan - this program will remove the problem for you - you have one or more of the following on your computer - Trojan, spyware or an add on toolbar that your not aware of.
Most people relie on AVG, Ad-Aware or Spybot to stop this problem but these programs miss a lot & are very limited to what they find and remove.
If your not useing Zonealarm free firewall & still using microsoft firewall then i would say download zonealarm straight away - it help to stop this problem.
May the force be with you

That computer is infected with Lord only knows what!!!
Do what I have:
I have used Avast! Anti-virus by Alwil, Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware se Personal by Lavasoft, the popup blockers in the Google and Yahoo Toolbars as well as the one in XP SP2 firewall for as long as these programs have existed and have had absolutely NO problems and GREAT RESULTS!!!
I suggest Avast! above AVG because I used AVG until they went down the tubes. Avast looks in a LOT MORE places in your computer, gives MUCH better real-time protection and updates a LOT more often than AVG ...which IS a big BIGGIE!!!!
*Spybot Search & Destroy* is a GREAT program that offers real-time protection from spyware of SEVERAL different types while in it's Advanced Mode with it's Tea Timer function.
Ad-Aware se Personal is a SUPER compliment to SS&D. I run it after SS&D to get what little...IF ANYthing that is missed by SS&D. But AA has no real-time protection unless you get the paid version. I use the Free version.
I've found the so-called Anti-Spy in the Y toolbar to be very unreliable although it did catch something a COUPLE of times since it first came out.
You can get Avast!, SS&D and Ad-Aware at: http://www.download.com ALL are FREE...you can't beat that for the amount of protection you get from them!!!!
A slow computer can also be caused by a LOT of other things, too. Like what Tuea suggested about Internet Files, Cookies, Cache, etc. building up. SS&D can help you get rid of these quite easily.
So if this combination of suggestions doesn't do it for you, then you may want to consider taking it in to a computer shop to be looked at. Even too much dirt inside a puter can slow it to a snail's pace at the CHEAPE$T!!!
And REMEMBER to KEEP all of your Anti-Malware programs UPDATED!!! All the "armour" in the world can't do it's job properly unless it is KEPT UPDATED!
GOOD LUCK!

My computer did that about 3 months ago and like you I hadn't visited any adult sites etc., It advised that my identity could be at risk etc., my bank details stolen as spy ad was following me around when I was surfing.
I wasn't to much worried about the adult sites part as I had not visited any but I was worried about my identity and banking details.
I had a threat about a Trojan or virus had lodged on to my computer about a month after that and my personal data was at risk. I couldn't get it stopped it was a black thingy on a yellow background that was blaring out of impeding danger so I purchased the disk cleaner at that stage.
I use it regularly against spy ware etc., it was a one off payment and my credit card stated this was sent to Singapore.
I had seen the scan cleaner advertised on an NHS Webb page so I hope this help you decide wheat her or not to purchase the scan cleaner.

First off, there's no popup from windows that will tell you to use a disk cleaner. You need to download Spybot and scan your computer because this pop up is spyware.

That is a virus of medium risk and you need to use your antivirus software to remove it. I had the same thing happen to me. It was a pop up on a site i had visited. Close all windows and run you antivirus software and then shut down once its done and you willl be fine.

It's an ad. Download in www.lavasoft.com Ad Aware Se Personal, run it and it will clean your computer from adwares and spywares.
maybe you have an anti-virus installed in your computer, just run it too. From time to time It's good for your machine to run an anti-virus and an anti-spyware to keep clean your computer.
