Unlikely. It has been seventeen years since the clone troopers were created that the storm troopers are in effect. that would make them all about 50 years old and pretty slow. I would have to say the Storm troopers are now humans and from what i remember of the first movie Luke wanted to be one of them, to joing the academy. BTW, if none of this had happened then I would presume he would have been killed the minute he went to the academy and they heard the name Skywalker.

This is where we run into Lucas' inability to keep track of Continuity.
In the original Trilogy they were normal people recruited(one assumes) to do the foot work of the Empire, If they had been clones, they would have known that Luke in a Storm trooper Uniform was Luke in a Storm Trooper Uniform, as all real Troopers, being Clones would be the exact same height, et al.
In Episode 2 we learn that the Troopers were all cloned from Jango Fett, and that Boba Fett was also clone of Jango, although not aged to maturity, like the rest of the army.
Another point of fact, why did it take 19 years to finish the first Deathstar,(and no one knew it was being built) but only 4-5(if that) to get Deathstar 2 to working order, and be discovered by the rebels.

No Stormtroopers are NOT clones. In the original three Star Wars (in the 70s and 80s) Stormtroopers are people. They are normal people from across the Galaxy. In the new Star War movies (2000-2005) the troops are clones.

Of course not! That's why there's two different sets of troops called Stormtroopers and Clone troopers. That's what I believe.
