Does this mean if I become pregreant could it be twins?

Yes, both follicles will probably release and it is possible for both eggs to be fertilized.

Yes, both are mature enough follicles to release an egg. In order to have (fraternal) twins, both would have to be successfully viable eggs, fertilized by sperm, and implanted in your uterus. If you are older (>35), if you have an egg quality issue, if your partner has any male factor issues, or if you have any hormonal issues, these could affect your chances of this happening.
