Other than the obvious degree in fashion design, because you'd be surprised at how few schools actually offer that.

Actually any Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, in anything design, like Graphic Design will do. The point is learning the skill to design, so the skills are actually flexible in the real world.
You can also look at hiring ads for fashion designers to see what kind of requirements they need.

A fine arts degree in design, they have fashion design degrees at some universities.
