When I Come Home To Heaven
When I come home to Heaven
How joyful it will be!
For on that day at last
My risen Lord I’ll see.
No greater happiness than
To see Him face to face,
To see the love in His eyes
And feel His warm embrace.
I’ve done nothing to deserve
That perfect home above.
It was given freely through
The grace of Jesus” love.
Then why should early cares
Weigh down upon me so?
They’ll be a distant memory
When home at last I go.

That is a wonderful poem. It makes people stop to think about their lives and what is really important. By the way, in response to an earlier answer: Religion does start with an "R", but the questions put on this site certainly don't all belong here. If someone doesn't want to read a poem like this they can just go on and find the other filthy questions they are looking for. One other thing - I started the magic 8-ball answer stuff weeks ago. I see someone is copying me!

The poetry is nice but the reality is that the earth was created for man. God told Adam to fill the earth with perfect humans and to cultivate the earth. Just cause Adam blew it doesn't mean God's plans changed. Think of all the scriptures that talk about peace on earth and the lion lying down with the lamb. That stuff will happen and good people will live on earth.
We don't have a ghost inside us. Spirit creatures were created as spirit creatures. Humans as humans. Study your Bible and quit being so sentimental. You miss the truth.
