I don't know how old you are, so I am going to assume you are a teen or younger. But this advise is good for everyone!
Be very careful asking for friends on the Internet. Most people mean well, and are sincere in offers to be your friend, but there are mean and bad people, who get their kicks out of taking advantage of young people. There are predators and child molesters and other bad people.
I'm not saying don't make friends on line! I have met some wonderful people through the Internet, but I am a grandmother with some experience in this world. Just be careful what information you give about yourself.
I think a better course of action to make friends would be to join a club or activity that you're interested in at school or church. That way you will meet "real" people in your neighborhood face to face.
