It still amazes me that folks reach back to the Lewinsky scandal to try and smear old mud. Did you know that in current polls Bill Clinton's approval rating is over 70% and Bush's in the 30's? Next to Bush's raping of the 4th Amendment I guess a sex scandal gets lost in the shuffle, as it should be. If you don't want to acknowledge Bill Clinton's political accomplishments, including his current efforts, and they are many, that's just ducky. But try and come up with something concrete to stab him with next time will you? You didn't happen to mention why Monica should still be in the news at all - did she hold some important political office we aren't aware of?

Why is it that a president who lied and had a supreme court ruling to tell him he violated the 4th Amendment and the FISA with his warrantless wire-tapping is doing just fine, even given some responsibility, while Laura has long been lost in the shuffle? I seriously want to know.
Both sides get away with it. But unlike Clinton, Bush was convicted for what he did. Clinton was not forced to resign.
