Hence, the term patent pending. you can protect your idea by writing it out and drawing some sketches to fully explain it and mail it to yourself via certified mail and do not open it, save it to present a proof you had the idea first. The federal government has certified it. don't trust these inventors submission companies their scams to steal your ideas.
