Yes in the last few years, when my life has been the most confusing and craziest, I have been blessed to meditate (pray) and been overwhelmed with a feeling of deep peace, like an assurety that everything was going to be fine, as long as I continue to do my best. I did, and things have worked out, for the most part. Sometimes I still pray for peace.

That is why Jesus Christ died for us. He knew that if He didn't do it, we would never have peace. That is where I found peace. Really He finds us when we cry out to Him. Our faith that we believe in Him reaches out like a spiritual radar to Him. He always answers faith. Cry out to Him and let Him live in you and you will have total peace as long as you let Him stay. Sin will separate you from Him Because He is Holy and can not look at sin. He looks at faith. Read your Bible because it will answer everything. Spend time alone, just you and Him and get to know Him. He can only do what His Word says, therefore He can never change. You need to know His Word to know Him. He is the TRUTH, the LIFE and the WAY. You are lost without Him because you don't have the Truth, the life or the way.Fall in love with your Bible.

Yes, several times.

Once under some trees, by a lake at night, trying to catch peeks at the stars through the trees and the racing clouds. We could hear the wind in the leaves of the trees, and the waves on the beach. Sometimes, couldn't tell which was which. It sounded like the whole Universe was breathing.

Other times (not always) after making love.

Yes. I have it right now.

One thing about true peace is you are calm in the midst of the storm of life, no matter the situation.

True peace is a place where you love yourself, completely, as well as others. It also demonstrates forgiveness to those who may have caused you pain, physically or emotionally.

This peace is tranquil and giving. And it's also a place where you are open to life's lessons, without asking why.

Be blessed.
