Some might say it would be Gwen Stefani the "Holla Back Girl" Personally I think it's Fergie from Black Eyed Peas, gotta love those lovely lady lumps.

In Turkey, people calls Bulent Ersoy as "diva". You can find her pics in any search-engine. She is a transexual. I had never heard of "transexual diva", that makes me laugh :)
