Yes, but sometimes men need more. I am in a polygamous marriage because my husband met me and he was already married so instead of chaeting on his wife with me, we got married and his wife and I are equal. Some men have enough love for more than one woman. I'd rather him be married to both of us than be sneaky and cheat. He was away from her for 5 years when we met so he needed more. We fell in love. IT just happened.

Sure he can, but the second phrase of your question is the key. Is it redundant for me to say that men are aroused by visual stimuli? And today there are so many women showing so much of their figures and so much skin, we are bombarded by this. On top of that, many are willing or even encouraging partners, regardless of whether the man is married, attached, or whatever. In fact, women are more aggressive if the man is married or attached.
The problem arises in that visual arousal is an involuntary response. Like breathing. Our eyes see an arousing image and the brain sends a signal and we have immediate erection.
So we can debate all day long about our choices, but I assure you the man's sex drive can be overwhelming and all-consuming. Happy then can be defined as a time when you have drained all his sexual energy. When you have fired all his bullets and he's only got blanks left, he ain't likely to be tempted to seek fulfillment elsewhere.

That is a one-sided question, what about the woman's need fulfillment?

Yes. Most, but not all, men.
A quality man will reciprocate and remain faithful regardless of whether ALL of his needs are fulfilled or not.
A USDA Choice jerk will cheat, abuse, and abandon no matter what.
Choose the quality man.

Yes, as long as you are not trying to control him at the same time.
I dated a lady who was VERY good at EVERYTHING, but was always telling me exactly when to come over, and wanted to know where I was when I wasn't there, and why I couldn't come over. VERY annoying.
