Try a library. That's the big building downtown with books in it.

You won't - they are still protected by copyright.
If you don't have money to buy books, why don't you join a library?
It won't cost you anything and you can borrow the Harry Potter books.

I don't think I've tried to search for it on the net, however if you go to a used book store, I have seen them there at a greatly reduced costs. Check one of those stores. You may be able to purchase those at a better cost or... there is always the library...
