she is 6 weeks along, but last night she started cramping real bad, and started spotting brown blood, today she spotted bright red blood and cramped a lot, but it is a just a few spots, now she isn't bleeding anymore, and has no cramps, whats the deal? she didn't pass tissue or anything. she is 39.

It is possible she could be misscarrying, but it happened to me too ( i am 36) , when i was six weeks pregnant too...it lasted one night( what a long scary night of horrible cramps) and i spoted offf and on 4 three days...i seen the doctor and was put on bed rest for 3 weeks, i was told it was my placenta and resting would heal it...and it did...put your Mom in bed...see a doctor first

If she didn't pass tissue or a small clot of blood and or tissue didn't flow out, then i would assume she is not miscarrying. HAVE HER GO TO THE DOCTORS TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT..
