I usually have a nice day after a good night sleep, and when I wake up taking all my time without rushing.
And being optimistic has a lot to do with it.

When you open your eyes, be thankful you have lived to see another one. Be thankful for good health, a place to sleep and food to eat. And be thankful to have a good family and friends. YOU make what your day will be. If life gives you lemons...then make lemonade(that's old...but it works!).
