Unplug webcam from usb PORT.
Shut down computer. Wait 30 seconds.
Turn on computer power.
Wait for boot process to finish.
Plug in webcam to usb port.
If it does not work then, unplug the webcam from the usb port again, and search the web for the right driver programs. Try "download driver
You may need to save the download, unzip the download, and run the setup or install procedure that comes with it.
When the new software asks for the webcam or finishes, then plug it in again and it should work.
If a CD came with the webcam - try it first.
