people more concentrated with THIER rights and forget that one of the responsibilities is to let others observe thier own rights

This is a serious question, and it merits a serious answer. I believe you're 100% correct. And the reason is because when people are raised to be hyper-conscious of their rights, and always to make sure that nobody steps on those rights, it creates a narcissitic mindset in which the person believes that the whole world revolves around him/her.

People need to be raised with a appreciation of their rights; but more importantly, they need to be raised with a clear understanding of their obligations. The trick is to be balanced in life. And unfortunately, today, most people are lopsided in their social skills. (It's all about me, Me, ME).

Because people are generally, functionally civil in their righteousness or not, programmed from their upbringing that they are right and others are not. IE "You are the weakest link!" lol
