Of course you can !
The traditional day to do so is 14th February - Valentines.
Anytime would do, though.
My 2nd marriage was proposed to me in fine style, by the mother of my children, and I gratefully accepted the notion.
She said, over a restaurant meal - "Oh hell. will you marry me ?"
I said - "No way, he joked, but I'll have a word with the Church, and make the arrangements."
Happy ever since.
