Doctor said I have tedonitis on my left shoulder, other than orthopaedic what specialist can I go to ?

I don't know why you wouldn't want to go to an orthopedic physican but you could also go to a rheumatologist or physical therapist.

You can also see a Rehab Med doctor but your best bet really, is the orthopedic specialist.
