men's handkerchief's?

I want to get some handkerchief's monogramed for our son who has just passed the Bar exam and I need to now the proper way to do so. Do I just put the last initial or his 3 initials..all letters the same size..and what order..

When monograming mes's handerkechiefs do you use all 3 initials or just put the last one in a capital letter
