She has no access to go cash in American money to buy food delivered to her home. She must have their money sent to her not mine. She's very old and hungry.

You can send her money through "western Union" (available at most travel agents) and all she has to do is take I.D & go collect it from her post office.

You could send her travellers cheques that many places accept as cash (you can buy them in dollars).

You can just send her some money through the post (I'd recommend sending it as a sign when accepted secure post)

The American dollar is crap.. when changing it into British pounds! Either way... Walmart has 'Western Union' and they do 'Money grams'.. its actually reasonable in cost to send money back and forth. If you send 50 US Dollars to England, its only worth like 25 in Pounds. Banks, are becoming more and more harder to change currency. Wiring money, is the fastest and cheapest way to go.

You can buy anything at a foreign currency exchange office but sending cash is a bad idea. As another answerer said, send it Western Union or wire it directly to their bank account.

You can send it by Western Union and have it deposited in a banking account! I assume she has checks or even access to an ATM!! (Maybe that is for business!)

Go to your Bank and transfer money into her account! It will be converted by the bank!

You can either be in the UK and than send money to the States and it will be automatically converted into Dollars. You can also order food for her online and use your credit card etc.
