Would like to work in Switzerland? Can someone give me an advice?

Well, which is your nationality? For non-European residents it's quite difficult or even impossible to get a working and living permit.

Exceptions: The employer can make believe that he won't find someone with your qualification inside Europe - perhaps due to a job in contact with persons in your country of origin?
Or an international company would send you to Switzerland to work if you had worked in your home country for them before.
