we have to keep the faith!

i don't think Jol is to blame,i think the players lost it themselves!we played very well upto when reading equalised, then just went to sleep.until reading scored it was a stroll for us,i thought we were gonna go on and win by 3 or 4!

one thing i can't understand, which possibly is Jol's fault is why he was playing Lennon on the left and through the middle?he's one of the best right wingers around, and the few times we attacked down the wings he looked great, and reading were in trouble,so why play him out of position.once on the pitch it's difficult for the manager to influence the play, that's where a strong captain is very important,he should've told Aaron to play on the right, maybe Ledley isn't strong enough, maybe it would be better to have Keano as captain(he did a great job last year!)and only have Ledley as captain if Keano is injured or goes off!!

Got to beat Blackburn and Wigan in our next two league games, get us ready to do the "scum" in the next one after that!!

COME ON YOU SPURS!!

Tottenham's problem can be summed up in one short word - Jol. The board at THFC is excellent and under Daniel Levy's talented leadership they have sound finances and a good squad of players. But despite this they are underperforming dreadfully.

At time Spurs play well (the win against Chelsea) but most of the time they lack direction and the results this year in the Premiership have been dire. No goals away from home and precious few at the Lane. One of the best strikers in England (Defoe) on the bench all the time and other terrific talents like Lennon and Huddlestone adrift.

The unimaginative Martin Jol has only one tactic - put one big striker up front (Mido or Berbatov) along with Robbie Keane and hope that something will come up.

Six of the England party for the next match are in the Spurs squad. Most of the rest of the Tottenham players are quality internationals and there are plenty of good players coming along. But Jol hasn't a frigging clue as to how to blend the into a consistent team. He doesn't know which are his best players or how to play them together. Indeed he doesn't seem to have a football brain at all in his thick Dutch head.

Spurs just need to change the manager. Everything else looks fine. Sooner rather than later. PLEASE!!

Last season, it looked as if Spurs were going to take it to the next level. They finished 5th, and even sat in the Champions League places quite near to the end of the season. They have invested well, in some quality young English players, with a lot of desire and hunger. However, they will only 'be back' and be successful, if they sort out their pudd'n headed ways. Today's performance was typical of Spurs: beat the champions one week, lose to a newly promoted team the next.

Two seasons ago, they were unlucky 'only' to draw at Old Trafford, but also drew at home to three of the bottom four sides. Six points dropped in pudd'n headed ways. If they are going to win things, they are going to have to be a lot more consistent. That means fortress White Hart Lane, winning when they play poorly, and beating more of the top teams.

Tottenham didnt play to their potential today and they will bounce back for sure, but i dont think so they wud be challenging for the Champions leage spot as they did last year. I think so that the partnership of Berbetov and Keane r not going on that well upforward and i think he should go back to Mido and Keane with Defoe or Berbatov coming on after 20-30 minutes in the second half and the really missed Edgar Davids on the pitch and defendiing also wasn't great. Their major problem is that they r not scoring goals(9-goals including todays match in EPL)

You're gonna say grow up etc but i've been in Germany all week and just got back. My point is see when you have 11 v 11 players a ref who knows his job and a level playing field, Spurs can't do the biz. We all know you fluked it v Spurs as our thrashing Of Wattie proved.
