It actually depends on where in the world you are. If you're in the U.S. or anywhere in North America, that date would be February 10th, 2007. But if you're in England or India or at MOST English colonies (places that were once ruled by England), it would be October 2nd, 2007.

They should really pick one to be standard in order to prevent confusion.

It is considered as 2nd October, 2007 in India and February 10, 2007 in USA

It is Feb. 10 2007, unless your using the DD/MM/YYYY.

They are both correct. But people mainly use the DD/MM/YYYY method so I think it's 2nd October 2007.
