You just have to focus your exercises on the triceps if you want to build them up. Personally, my triceps are very defined. I have a regiment of three excellent exercises I do for them about two times a week and keeps them very strong.

Muscles usually occur in pairs that work against each other with one being stronger than the other. The muscle in the relaxed state is usually the weaker of the two. This is why a person can hold an alligator mouth shut but cannot hold it open as easily. The muscle closing the mouth is much stronger than the muscle opening the mouth.

i guess its cause along with d workout u do for the biceps u use d biceps more often to do most things in life...so d muscle is worked out more frequently den triceps...and biceps are a bigger group of mucles dan d triceps
