I am working in browsing center?

I am working in a browsing center. There are 10 systems. We installed Win XP and 98. The customers are seeing the adult websites as a result an icon is created in Desktop and Strat Menu I deleted that many times but it comes again. How can I stop this kind of problem?

add the web site addres to blocked addres in ie explorer option ( internet option security option restricted site add the addres)or use norton internet security or any internet security software.
remove start menu icons rght click the icon and properties find taget delet the files run msconfig commnad and check what prg is starting windows load delete unwandet startup options
