Has anyone ever seen a ghost?

A lot of people think that ghost are BS, but until they see or hear one they will always refuse to believe. I have felt, smelled, heard and seen ghosts. It started when I was little. My sister and I saw an Indian in the pasture. Then I was always hearing them talk or walking around. 2 days after my grandmother died I saw and smelled her. I spent the night at my grandpas house, and a male ghost stood in front of the kitchen window and wishes me goodnight. I actually watched him walk out the front door and vanish. After that I tried to close my senses to that. I had my son about 4 years ago, and my other grandmother died 3 months after he was born. I was breastfeeding on her bed while the others were packing up her belongings, and he stopped nursing. He was staring behind me at the door that was closed. I was looking at the reflection in his eyes, and there was a shadowy figure in front of the door. After that I have heard people talking in my home, and had one running through the house beating on the walls. I asked them to not be so loud at night so my son could sleep. The ghosts started being quiet at night, but they now get so close to me now that I can smell the scent that they take with them. There is more to my life with ghosts, but there's not enought time right now to get to them.
I live in the country side where there is little light at night.

I do not believe that the human or other living things have what is usually call a soul. If a strange noise or voice seems to be heard, or an object seems to move without obvious cause, do not leap to the conclusion that a dead person did it. If you believe that then you have to belive there is a soul, that there is life after death and that the soul can be petty enough to hang aound and bother people.
If there are ghosts of humans then there are ghosts of chimps, hippos and round worms. What unfinished business could a walrus have that would be reason for it hang out as a ghost and disturb living walruses? Would it do stuff like make stone move and then go hide out to see if the living walrus got scared?

I don't believe that ghosts exist. We have made them up because some people cannot accept the truth that their love one has passed on and choose instead to believe that even though their body is no longer living, their soul lives on in the form of a ghost.
I think we best leave the ghosts and spirits to fiction.

Yes. They are familiar spirits. They are devils in disguise. Just because nobody has seen a ghost before doesn't mean they don't exist. They surely do. Weird stuff happens in many "haunted" places. This should be proof ghosts exist.

I never really believed in ghosts, and then I started watching Ghost Hunters show on Sci-Fi. I like them because they aren't so quick to say that ghosts exist, and they have theoretical and proven scientific explanations for what people think are ghosts.
I think it'd be awfully naive to say that ghosts don't exist. We can't claim to know everything, and if we do, who is to say that science or personal experiences won't prove us wrong in twenty years?
It's good to be skeptical, but it is better (and possible) to be skeptical AND open-minded.

Well im using my granny account but my name is ShaMeaka,im 14 and im and african american who lives in a very ghetto hood and is very bright. So i live with my granny and it all started when i was i was born in the hood and as i turned 6 i started seeing stuff, and then when i turned 13 my granny and big sister and brother always went somewhere and i nevrer wanted to go to be true, so as i sat in my sporty room and played with my ps3 i heard bamming and when i opened the door i saw a lady and man who looked very evil, so i decided to u know blast my rap music and hope to not hear anymore stuff, so then as i get dress to go downstairs and i put on my red tanktop and black shorts and white airforces i heard someone downstairs, when i walked downstairs i saw something like foreal, then ever since i was about 5 i have been seeing stuff and now that im 14 itz getting worste..so yup just last night i saw something

Yes. I've seen many. But this question is asked so often that if I posted the stories every time it was asked, I'd never spend time doing anything else but replying to these posts.

no not at all there r no ghosts. if ur country is democretic then yes all the leaders r the real ghosts

i believe in ghost because i believe in spirit, people with third eye can see a ghost.
