1. Getting up every 15 minutes all night long to go to the bathroom...only to find it was hardly worth the trip...8 months on.
2. Trying to put on boots in the winter...impossible..7 month on.
3. Wondering why nobody ever invented a mattress with a whole in it for pregnant women.
all nine months.
4. Heartburn, all nine months.
5. Trying to drive a Volvo with no power steering..8 months on.
6. I could hardly wait to unload...26 days overdue in the heat of summer was more tortuous than delivering a 9 lb baby.

My symptoms have always been worse. I'm pregnant with #2, and I'm sicker than a dog. The morning sickness should be gone by now, but it's not. Ugh.
The end hurts, but it's not that bad. Most mothers will tell you that the pain is very shortly forgotten after they see their baby's precious face.
Labor will hurt. It feels like bad diarrhea cramps (at least it did to me). It is up to you to choose pain relief, though, and I would suggest that you do it if you don't have a high threshold for pain or if you're terrified. Knowing that you have the option there is sometimes enough to ease your mind, though.
They'll give you the epidural once you're dilated four centimeters. You will feel nothing but pressure after that.
I think that the symptoms of early pregnancy are MUCH worse than the end, though. Usually, by the time you get to the end, you're ready for it all to be OVER!

All the symptoms and pain because I was in a lot of pain all the time. The waiting at the end just made the pain seem worse.

The morning sickness has to be the worse. The waiting sucks too mainly because you are as big as a house and want to have the baby and feel normal again( you think it never will end)

I think for me it was the waiting in the end. I was just so anxious to see my baby at the end of each of my pregnancy's. They felt like they would never end. And I was miserable with my 2nd child because I was all belly, carrying a 10lb 5 oz baby boy!!!!! I could barely walk. It's all good now tho, I wouldn't change it for the world!!!!!!!

I think its probably the waiting what was worse for me. I think i can take the pain pretty good. At the end though when its almost time i get antsy and am like i just want my baby already.

I had terrible headaches from high blood pressure when I was pregnant. I had a rapid increase in my blood pressure around week 28, I was in and out of the hospital until I was induced at 38 weeks. After the baby was born my blood pressure dropped back down to normal and the headaches went away.

The end was definately the worse for me, I just wanted the baby out of me! You feel like you're pregnant forever! And knowing that you're so close to holding your baby makes it so unbearable. Be patient though, in time it will happen.
