It's not a matter of "good." Your IQ is slightly above average...so is 50% of the population!
I have a student in my class (also 13) who tested at 145. That's pretty high, probably the highest IQ of anyone that I have met. But to speak with him and to work with him, you wouldn't know it. He seems quite average. Therefore, I doubt the veracity of the test. I don't know who tested him. I'm assuming it was at his previous school.
Please remember that these test must be preformed by a trained professional to be accurate.

First of all, remember that unless you take an IQ test from a professional, your results will vary widely and should probably only be used as a guideline.
That said, you have a misconception about IQ - that it gets higher as you age. Don't think of IQ as the amount of intelligence someone HAS - think of it as the maximum intelligence someone COULD HAVE.
Basically, it's not the amount of water in the glass - it's how big the glass is.
To answer your question, the average IQ for a human being used to be 100, but can now reach as high as 112. So your answer will depend on the test, but 105 is either average or slightly above average.

An IQ of 100 is considered average. So 105 is slightly above average. And at 13 the results are not a final measurement, there can be movement pretty much until brain development is complete, which I understand can be up to 25 for males.

I wouldn't just believe any IQ test that was self conducted from an Internet website as they are highly inaccurate due to the deficiencies of the fact that people can cheat in several ways some are intuitive. So if you want to know your REAL IQ, I'd find a professional who is skilled at the "art" of conducting the IQ test. By the way, I'm pretty sure your brain isn't fully developed until the early to mid 20s, so I wouldn't be saddened by an IQ test. Hey, you scored higher than George Bush :)

it is okay for a 13 year old to score a 105 on an IQ test. it just shows that the student studies, listens in class, and is ready for anything.

The average IQ score is 100. 105 is not remotely amazing, and it is not "good", depending on your definition of good. It is slightly above average, but not highly intelligent and certainly not gifted. If this score is not from a reliable source, however, I suggest you dismiss it as a sham.
