low self esteem, insecurity, fearful taht other race performs better , more hardworking, or better off than them

Most people who we would classify as losers, often fail in life mostly for their inability to take responsibility for themselves. They tend to project their problems on others and sometimes other groups. Hence, if a white man is fired because of disciplinary problems, but the manager is black, he would assume that the company is biased in favor of blacks and assume that he's being fired because he's white.
