I want to run new wire and also wire the floorboard light adjacent to it

To wire the cig lighter and compartment light simply trace it back to it`s orgin and wire it the same. Nothing to it. If you don`t have the wiring in your rig. Look at someone elses. Not hard at all. You can do it.
