Depends how hard you get hit, I guess. Boobs are for caressing and kissing, not hitting.

hitting our body of course its going to hurt regardless where or which parts especially those sensitive area.
if you are worry about being hurt then stay away from body contacts sports such as basketball/football, try instead tennis, swimming, jogging, golf, bowling etc etc, choose something to work-out to stay healthy without your body being hit by some one else !
