In need of a good music editing program.?

Question

I really need a Program that I can use to edit music. Like if I put a song and I can choose to listen to only one instrument and mute out the others. For example let's say I put in Welcome to the Black Parade and I only want to listen to the guitar. I want to learn to play these songs on my own by ear. (Tabs are too hard to find) please help me in this issue.(I do appreciate if the program is free but if not I'll just have to pay then won't I?)

You can't just edit out the other instruments....unless you have the master before it's mixed down, and I doubt that....Adobe Audition is a simple one to use.......here's your guitar tabs...............

I found a cool program on the internet called "Music Publisher 6"
it might be what your looking for, although it is a bit pricey. Good-luck.

did you try a guitar center for help?
