is better to print something on a shirt than to write because with the marker pens sometimes u can' design well and when u wash it it many times it goes away .

How about marker pens - i suppose that's the most obvious thing to use - so yeah permanet black marker pens.

fabric dye bottle why?
well they cost about 50p and you can get them in all sorts of colours. just buy a paint brush and paint whatever wacky or cool design and bobs your uncle....erm i would advice you to wait for the paint to dry before you put the shirt on lol !!

you need to use indelible ink so markers/paint cans/paint will be fine as long as its not water based

fabric markers, tulip paint, permanent markers. they all pretty much work.
