i need help being a more organized and hard working person so i would greatly appreciate help with improving my work ethic

Many today have lost the work ethic.
Self motivation is the key.
Find what your niche in life is, and pursue it to it's fullest.
Be the best and strive to be perfect in the work you've chose to do.

You could try making a list of the things that you want to do and your goals. Even the simple things like cleaning the house or changing the oil in our car. Sometimes we need to organize our thoughts in order to achieve our goals.
