Well, Fidels brother Raul doesn't seem to be the leader of men that Fidel is (was)! We aren't the only ones that recognize this fact. Hugo Chavez has been awfully chummy with Fidel as he lays dying. I wonder if the two of them have plotted out the succession of the Cuban thrown to someone other than Raul. Who do you think that someone could be? I would bet five dollars that Hugo Chavez knows!
