Treason already has a definition in the Constitution and would take an amendment to change it.  Treason also carries the death penalty, and it's going to be mighty hard to convince a jury to hang somebody over a BJ.

What you want is to get these people out of positions of influence.  All except (B) are already felonies.  Change that and forbid felons from voting OR holding public office or employment, and you'll accomplish the same end with a lot less difficulty.

No.
A. What is a bribe? Nothing but a favor in receipt of something of value.
B. Lying and Distorting the truth is something all politicians do in order to get elected. I understand you point with B. I feel it,but I can not advocate a charge of treason.

Most normal, law abiding citizens would say E, but the sex with the page thing would be criminal if it were forceful rape, so whatever they do with their genitalia is their business. Some pages want to get a-head. No pun intended. And this goes on in every government all over the world and horrible government practices are firmly in place in a lot of countries. You should spell capacity like I just did. :)

Public officials receiving bribes, unless another country is involved, and unless such action endangers the US public or its' representatives such as military or intelligence folk, does not constitute treason. None of your choices are treason, except possibly in very specific instances.
