Well, the ultimate rock break-up song is, of course, 'Let it Be' by the Beatles, which was their last album, their last performance together, and capsulizes the whole breakup thing rather nicely. "Let Her Cry" by Hootie & the Blowfish might work too, but don't use that old "Na na na, Goodbye" song unless you're mean.
