JUSTICE HURRIED IS JUSTICE BURRIED
1. In such a system as investigation is hurriedly conducted it leave many loopholes for defence lawyer to exploit.
2. At trial, it will work against the accused as he need time to prepare for his defence.
3. Court in its zeal to decide the case early may fail to apply its mind judicially.
4. In case of a poor fellow, he may not procure the best lawyer for his defence as he needs time to arrange for the lawyer's fees.


JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED
1. After many years of litigation then starts the ordeal of the victim who is running from pillar to post to get justice done.
2. Long time of trial will erode the effect of punishment as the main purpose of punishment is reformation of the criminal, which is lost in this case.
3. Lengthy litigation means paying your lawyer for a long time, which affects both the parties.
4. it also affect the state as lengthy litigation is burden on state exchequer.



in the end, in both cases the belief of the common man on the judicial system suffers.

I say both because in the first case if it is for the Wealthiest person he will buy the law so easily if the case is not the so Strong one
