please show me step by step and where to download those crap. my head is gonna explode but i still cant figure that **** out! yeah i know i'm dumb but PLEASE HELP ME.

1) Download Bittorrent off;

or µTorrent off;
http://download.utorrent.com/1.6/uTorrent-1.6-install.exe
2) Look settings/preferences in whichever one you downloaded and select a suitable download location.
3) Go to thepiratebay.org, bittorrent.com, or any torrent search page of your choice.
4) Search for whatever you want and find a link that says "Download Torrent" (or something like that)
5) Select "Open with µTorrent/bittorrent"
6) Allow sufficient time for download.
7) Go to your download location and your file should be there.
8) Allow utorrent/bittorrent to run for a while to "seed"
9) Remove the torrent by pressing delete and quit.
