Sorry,the answer is no.DDR has 184 pins and DDR2 has 240.Unless your motherboard has slots that accept both then the answer is yes.

Be specific you want to run a ddr ram supported m/b on ddr2 ram module or vice versa ? Or you want to replace and mix ddr2 chips on a ddr module board? Each seems to be not working.
