Personally i LOVE a site called:

You type in your favourite band (or whichever band you want to listen to) and the site gives you a few songs from this band as well as other bands in the same genre/along the same lines. You can find literally any music on there and the recommendations are awesome. I've discovered quite a few bands through them.
