NO, they are not very fun and yet I feel obligated to go.
I don't like to see my coworkers drunk and I don't let them see me that way for sure.

I love company christmas parties, and I do not associate with the people that I dis like from work I go to get feed and then drink until I fall down, then when back at work hear it form all the guys how stupid I was but how funny it was as well.

Mama used to work in a nursing home and they always had a good one. Dinner and an open bar. There was always a whiskey sour fountain flowing. Nurses' Aides party as hard as any factory workers I know. The best part was the owner and his family getting on stage and singing. They were pretty good, or was it because we all were drunk?

I suggest you change your job! You must work for a company that you don't like then. WE have a great time where we work. Most of the people are real fun and we often go drinking, bowling, nightclubing, have birthday drinks parties together.

The best part is people watching,dont drink alot and watch all the people youd never expect get stupid drunk and make as*es out of themselves.The following work day is as just as entertaining.If ya dont like what someone is wearing dont say anything.

Personally I really dont like them. Its just an event that will make ppl hate u or rumors will start circulating about you. Most ppl get into verbal fights at chrismas parties....Im just glad they dont celebrate my religion at work or else it would be eight days of trash talking Hannukkah party every year!

I Love to go to my fiances Christmas parties. We go to very nice places, and get very expensive food! I know all of his co-workers and boss and enjoy talking to them.

Absolutely NOT!! I have met some of the most stuck up, arrogant and boring people at those parties.

no but sometimes you have to go cause it does not look very good if you dont and then your boss ask why you did not come and then you have to come up with some lame excuse. good luck and god bless and happy thanksgiving.
