CC - Carbon Copy
BCC - Blind Carbon Copy

CC let the recipient know that you are emailing the same email to many others.

BCC means that you are emailing that person what you wrote and the other person does not know you emailed them.

cc means carbon copy
That means your email goes to all the people in cc and they can all see one anothers addresses in the header.

bcc means blind carbon copy
That means you are also sending the same email to all those people but they will not be able to see who the other people are who are getting the email.

Bcc is often used when you want to let someone know what is going on without the person in the "to" or "cc" fields knowing.

"to" means to the person you are writing to
"cc" carbon copy. When you write to somebody, you can "cc" to others. The people on the "to" list will receive it and the "cc" list will too. Both groups will see that you sent it to both groups.

Where as if you use 'bcc" which is blind carbon copy. each recipient will only see their own names as the addressee, with out knowing to whom you sent the other emails to.

Carbon Copy
Blind Carbon Copy

Carbon copy just means "for your information", often used to email someone's boss and let the person you are emailing know that their boss is aware.

Blind carbon copy means that you are emailing that person what you wrote and the other person does not know you emailed them. Often done when you email someones boss something they/you said without them knowing.
