yea, i read that article, shes REALLY lucky that the bullets didnt go through her skull like they normally do. its not the first time ive heard of someone getting shot in the head and surviving bc the bullet never penetrated the skull. there was a missionary in the middle east, and he accidentally got caught in the crossfire of to battling sects. and got hit in the side of the head, all the bullet did was just flatten itself on the side of his skull. he got quite a headache, but survived.

The Brazilians would say that the husband must have used locally produced bullets. If he had used "imported" bullets they would have done the job. (trust me I am sure there will be a joke about it)
