Surely you're NOT afraid of the exam. An exam is no more than a piece of paper with questions on. If you burn that paper it no longer exists. Don't you really mean you're afraid of how you'll feel if you FAIL. If the exam is tomorrow, it's possible you might have left it too late. Alternatively, you might simply be letting your fears get the better of you.
So, which is it ???
Fear can be helpful, used correctly it can prime your awareness and quicken your reflexes. It can lead to revelations.
Left to it's own devices it can also paralyse. Negative thoughts tease you from the background and whisper from the shadows - 'you're not good enough.'
DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN!!!
Be honest, what happens if you do fail. Is that it, is there NO other chance to re-sit, to have another go later ? History exams are NOT the biggest tests in life. The bigger tests are those that show how resillient and strong a person can be even when faced the failure.

Study trick #1: As you are reading/studying, write out questions that you think might be on the test, and write in the answers. Tomorrow - some of them will be on the test!
