Yes, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are getting divorced and are currently ensued in a custody battle for their baby. The word is that Britney dumped Kevin by text message. And right when he was telling his buddies how good his life was and how he loved Britney and that she helped him so much in his career.

Yeah she filed on Tuesday, people.com, perez hilton.com and usmagazine.com have major coverage of what happened. He's trying to get custody so that she'll have to pay him child support. And dlisted.com has a story that he is going to release a sex tape to get more money from her. Pop some popcorn and watch, cause it's going to get interesting!
