Thinking "out of the box" is thinking creatively - in new ways, beyond familiar ways of thinking, not following an existing (rigid) strategy etc. And thus it is thinking outside of a rigid strategy.

false

Thinking Outside the Box means viewing reality as patterns locked in time based on the scicnce and math that create our reality. Our consciousness exists, in part, inside the box - the physical plane or frequency. Conscious awareness is evolve out of the box in the alchemy of time.

"Thinking out of the box" has come to mean thinking of a solution that is somehow outside of what you already know and do, coming up with something wholly new. Sounds great, but does it work? Studies have shown that, when you tell people to think out of the box in solving the nine-dot problem, they don't do any better than when you just let them go at it. Pushing people harder to think out of the box doesn't work. Many of the revolutionary ideas in the technologies and arts don't come from the person who solves the problem by thinking out of their box. It comes from the person who has seen the right solution already somewhere else -- who has other boxes to think in.

ok they are right it's FALSE but let me try to explain it eaiser RIGID MEANS A LONG NARROW PATH IF YOU THINK (INSIDE) A BOX IT NARROW'S YOU DOWN LIKE IF IT WAS A SMALL BOX AND LIKE THE 1ST ANSWER SAYS

BUT IF YOU THINK (OUTSIDE) THE BOX LIKE EINSTIEN DID SO MANY TIMES YOU ARE THINKING MORE CREATIVELY AND COVERING A WIDER AREA YOU ARE NOT CONTROLLED JUST TO THINKING THE NORMAL WAY

THERE FOR THINKING OUT SIDE THE BOX AND THINKING WITH A RIGID STRAGTY ARE OPPISITES
SO WHEN SOLVING A PROBLEM OFTEN YOU SHOULD THINK OUT SIDE THE BOX AND NOT WITH A RIGID STRATGY STRIVE TO BE DIFFERENT
