Talk to your wife she is probably feeling neglected too, i know if may be difficult for you to understand as men dont go through half the things women do but she will respect you more if you talk things out with her.
but please dont make the mistake many men do and go straying, that would be the easy option but i will say it will cause more headaches than it is worth.
at the end of the day you always have your right arm or left or both, so thats three options.

If you go to prostitutes you could get AIDS. I understand your difficult situation. Have you tried getting her interest going again? Did that not work at all? Taking her dancing. Having dinner by candle light. Nothing romatic worked for her? I would not want to encourage you to do anything against your marriage, but this is very hard for you I am sure.

Sit her down and say: "LOOK. I am going to have sex at least TWICE each week. If you would like to be on the receiving end of it, FINE. If not, that's fine too"
Then, later, when she starts asking if you're doing it twice a week,
say: "I'm just going to let you WONDER about that" and never tell her the truth, whatever it may be.
