If you are talking about Remembrance Day it is because of the numbers. The eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month (11:00 on November 11, 1918), when a ceasefire came into effect, ending World War I

The Eleventh Hour is a figure of speech referring to the last moments before a deadline, or meant to imply that a decisive or "final" moment is near.

This all predates 9/11 or 911. Nothing scary unless you procrastenate before the Eleventh Hour.

I personally have never heard of 11/11.

I'd like to personally say "thank you" to David Y. for explaining it.

After reading David Y's explanation of 11/11, I do not believe it, nor am I scared of it.

Have a lovely rest of the day.

I don`t know what that is, but considering that I haven`t been scared in quite a while, I would say it most definitely isn`t scary.
